WE-CAN’s rent-to-own housing scheme offers an accessible path to homeownership, empowering community members to secure a stable living environment while investing in their future. Unlike traditional financing, this program allows participants to begin with affordable rent payments that progressively contribute toward owning their homes. By removing the usual barriers, such as large down payments and complex credit requirements, WE-CAN provides a supportive, community-driven approach to homeownership.
